Bipolar

A few observations by your armchair cartoonist:
 - Watching teams play this weekend, one would think that bye-weeks and home-fields are disadvantageous. Let's think about it, though. Could it be that the Titans, Panthers and Giants got rusty during their week off while the Steelers actually benefitted from extra recovery time for Roethlisberger's concussion? Perhaps. As for the whole home-field disadvantage, I can only hazard a guess as to performance anxiety being the cause.
 - Living in my area and only getting local games, one would forget or overlook the fact that Ben Roethlisberger is a good quarterback. Turns out he is.
 - It must be impossible to sit through commercial breaks if you are a recovering alcoholic.
 - Now for the important question: Who is going to the Super Bowl? I pick Baltimore and Philadelphia.
