So basically, I went into my Classics 10B class thinking that the works we'd be reading would all be as boring as the old, bearded folks who had written them. Boy, was I wrong. Virgil's "Aeneid" is easily one of the most awesome books I've read in a while, and definitely better than most of the shit I had to read in high school English class.
