I've noticed it has gotten progressively more difficult to study in the middle of the day if I stay in my room. At this point it is nigh-impossible due to the myriad miscreants that lurk right outside my building. The cold weather is actually nice because it makes them leave during the night, but they are still rather active during normal business hours. The great irony is that, although I'd never convince myself to actually go through with it, my window provides a perfect vantage point through which I can pick them off if I wanted to. But I'm a nonviolent guy. No rifles or Bomberman-esque explosives for me. I'll just wait until they all die of frostbite or the plague or something.
